Prerequisite: CDE-2. Other: Proof of a negative tuberculosis test within the past 12 months may be required. Presentation of different types of physical and behavioral difficulties that interfere with normal cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Recognition of these difficulties, where to seek appropriate professional help, and how to work with children with special needs in the home and in the school. Transfer: CSU
