Assists the certified teacher seeking an additional endorsement program in a different grade level in a planned and supervised 8-week classroom experience. The field experience is designed to give the candidate the opportunity to gain insight into teaching skills in the prospective endorsement and to develop professional integrity at the appropriate grade level to meet state certification requirements.
