This course provides an in-depth exploration of the diverse roles and responsibilities of school administrators as managers, leaders, and decision-makers. Participants will gain insight into creating and sustaining a positive and productive learning environment. Through a blend of theoretical frameworks and practical applications, students will engage with real-world challenges facing school leadership today. Additionally, the course will examine the evolving responsibilities of administrators, focusing on strategies for fostering school-wide success and promoting a dynamic school culture that supports the growth and development of all students and staff.
