This course is designed to acquaint the real estate licensee with skills necessary to manage a profitable and stable business. These skills include techniques in research; office organization; managerial decision making; establishing controls systems and policies; recruiting, selecting, and training of personnel; and product marketing and other skills related to financing, expansion, and growth. (This course is an elective toward a California Real Estate Broker’s License).
