Stunting, Acrobatics, and Tumbling 2.0 UNITS

Catalog description

This course is designed to develop, improve and implement the stunting and acrobatic skills necessary for community college and competitive stunt cheerleading. Acrobatics and tumbling is the evolution of different forms of gymnastics with a cheerleading background. Teams would participate in events including compulsories, acrobatics, pyramid, toss, tumbling and team event.
