Catalog description

This course is designed to advance the student’s knowledge, skill and combat strategy of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), “The gentle art” to an intermediate level. It will strengthen the students understanding of proper warm up, cool down and stretches. It will provide an overview of effective intermediate offensive and defensive combative techniques achieved through participating in BJJ drills and sparring.
