Catalog description

This course is for ESL students who wish to improve vocabulary skills. Emphasis is on building vocabulary, dictionary skills, and word recognition skills to be used in everyday language and college courses. Students will be introduced to the most frequently used English words and will also learn how to infer meaning from context. (Not Degree Applicable)
