Community Outreach I 2.0 UNITS

Catalog description

Intended for students accepted in the Dental Hygiene Baccalaureate Degree Program. This course provides instruction in the principles of health education, including discussion of the teaching/learning process, and effective pedagogy for the diverse population of the elementary school-aged child. The principles learned will be applied in the delivery of dental health education to elementary school children in the community.
