Introduction to Adaptive Dance 1.0 UNITS

Catalog description

This course introduces elements of multiple dance genres for individuals with disabilities. Students will explore the benefits of breath, components of weight-shifting and gravity, as well as rhythm and space. This course will encourage proprioception, mind body connection, and coordination, and decision-making through choreographic choices. This course is not open to students who have completed PEX 104D .
