Catalog description

This course provides support for students studying medical terminology and anatomy and physiology while integrating reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, and civics education. Emphasis is placed on general medical vocabulary, identifying parts of the body, and communicating regarding various body systems. Upon completion, students should be able to properly name and pronounce medical terms and parts of the body.
