Catalog description
This multi-level course provides individualized and small group instruction for students in an open lab setting. Topics include basic mathematical operations, simple algebraic equations, tables, graphs as well as reading comprehension and writing skills using proper punctuation and spelling. Upon completion, students should be prepared to enter the High School Equivalency (HSE) or Adult High School programs. It is a supplement or alternative to BMA or BLA classes. Instruction is customized to the needs of the student.
