The study and practice of performing live music with technology. Students develop skills in areas such as basic instrument customization and optimization, improvisation, songwriting/composition, and the interpretation and aesthetics of performance. Technical skills are introduced as needed to connect individual instruments with a variety of performance systems. In addition to weekly private lessons, students are required to attend monthly group lessons.
