Learners discuss and evaluate cognitive biases that affect decision processes at a client organization of their choosing. Each learner finds his or her own client. Effective learning processes at the individual, dyad, team, organization, and inter-organizational levels are applied to this client. Together we examine how the organizational environment is shaped by norms, rules, roles, and communication. This section meets in Warrensburg on campus on the following Mondays for in-person classes: 8/17, 8/31, 9/21, 10/5, 10/19, 11/2, 11/16, and finals week on 12/7 from 6:00-8:45 p.m. CST. Students who prefer to join remotely and synchronously with the in-person students on the scheduled class days at the scheduled class time via a virtual platform should instead enroll in CRN 11178.
