Catalog description

Study major family theories in the field. Theories will be critically analyzed, compared on concepts and application. The course will examine the usefulness of theory in describing, explaining, predicting, or changing behavior and development. This is an advanced course and it is assumed that students already acquired a basic knowledge and understanding of family theories.
