Catalog description

Business as a Force For Good helps learners to:  identify and reflect upon their own core values as they relate to societal impact, their worldview, and their career goals; compare and contrast the focus and effectiveness of social enterprises, Certified B Corporations, businesses, etc. as a force for good; cultivate and reinforce the students’ sense of corporate and ethical responsibility by understanding how businesses can create and contribute to positive societal impact; identify appropriate intersections between societal needs and organizational goals and strategies for action; and, critique opportunities for positive change relative to intended and unintended consequences of planned organizational actions.
