Catalog description

This course covers concepts and techniques of information systems analysis and design with a focus on the object-oriented methodologies and tools. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used to create analysis and design models of information systems to meet organizational needs, including IT security. Students will learn and practice the managerial aspects of analysis and design such as IT project management, elicitation and documentation of system requirements and change management.
