Catalog description

Introduction to the principles of wildlife policy and law in North America. This course will survey the history of wildlife law in the U.S. and examine the evolution of wildlife law by examining specific legislation. It will also familiarize students with ecosystem and wildlife issues that shape wildlife law, as well as public attitudes toward the value of ecosystems and wildlife. Research and discussion format.
