Catalog description

This course prepares the student for the expanded role as nurse leader/manager.? Lectures and seminars focus on management theories, leadership style, change theory, interpersonal and inter-professional relationships, and current issues/trends in practice and education. Prerequisites: AH300 - Professional Nursing Practice. Additional Prerequisites / Conditions: AH300 may be taken as a co-requisite. Must earn a B to pass this course.
