Students explore strategies for training and staff development in order to better understand the importance of deploying human resources, developing core competencies, and promoting a learning culture to better compete in a competitive economy. Exploration of the changing educational, demographic, economic, and societal factors that impact recruitment, and students develop a comprehensive and innovative strategy to recruit the most talented applicants in the workplace. Includes cultural competency and understanding.
