Issues and Trends in Curriculum

Catalog description

This course is designed to provide students with information concerning issues and trends in curriculum. Topics will include the history and evolution of curriculum use, curriculum development, connecting curriculum and assessments, and the practical use of curriculum. Students will demonstrate an understanding of curricular standards as they apply to horizontal and vertical alignments of local curricula. Meets MEd Standard 1.
