Catalog description

Students study the theories and processes of small-group communication. Topics include group development, problem-solving, and decision-making; leadership; listening; conflict resolution; and virtual groups. In-class discussion, group exercises, projects, and presentations help students improve their leadership, team-building, and presentation skills. Prerequisites: CT101 - Public Speaking
