Survey of criminal procedure, those stipulations that guide detention, arrest, pretrial, trial, conviction and corrections, as well as other associated topics. The course forms a theoretical bridge between criminal and constitutional law. Prerequisites: CJ100 - Introduction to Criminal Justice, CJ202 - Criminal Law. Additional Prerequisites / Conditions: or instructor's permission
