Project Management and Decision Making

Catalog description

Within the course, students will study project management and be exposed to the knowledge, skills, and framework important in making the decisions necessary to manage projects in the workplace. Topics include project management skills, project planning, the project lifecycle, stakeholder identification, resource allocation, cost management, scheduling, and the human resources needed to move projects forward successfully.
