Catalog description

This course will provide students the opportunity to develop an understanding of chemical abuse, dependency, and the cycle of addiction and recovery. Students will examine substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation models in a variety of settings with an in-depth focus on treatment and rehabilitation in the community. Prerequisites: BEH200 - Introduction to Behavior Health. Additional Prerequisites / Conditions: Must earn a C to pass this course.
