This course develops emerging leaders’ knowledge, dispositions, and skills to collaboratively build positive relationships with families and community members/partners to engage in and support the school’s vision and school improvement goals and collectively provide support structures that strengthen students’ academic, social/emotional, and physical development and well-being.
