CLINICAL REASONING AND REFLECTION

Catalog description

Emphasis on use and application of frameworks of clinical reasoning and decision making through evaluation of patient cases in various settings and will include student reflection of their own clinical practice through a patient case from a previous clinical rotation. Students will be able to analyze and develop clinical reasoning skills from large data sets, individual clinic data, and individual patient care data. Prerequisite: Admission to the professional DPT program or permission of the course instructor.
