Catalog description
This course focuses on healthcare policies and economics, the structure of the U.S. healthcare system, and issues that directly and indirectly influence nursing practice. Students will explore diverse perspectives on health policies and healthcare delivery systems. This course is equivalent to NURS 4320. Credit will not be awarded for completion of both NURS 4320 and NURS 4322. Prerequisite: Admission to the Bridge2BSN or RN-to-BSN track. [UD UCA Core: D]
