Catalog description

A required course in the marketing major and an elective course in the marketing minor. Examines demographic, psychographic, and cultural forces that influence the behavior of customers. Includes internal and external forces, and explains the consumer decision process. Uses lecture, discussion, and a group project. Prerequisite: MKTG 2350 or 3350.
