A required course in the business core for all business majors except those majoring in accounting. An elective course for management minors. Involves a conceptual and analytical examination of the strategic, functional, and operational decisions made as a part of an organization's operations function. Lecture/discussion. Prerequisites: ACCT 2310, 2311; ECON 2320, 2321; QMTH 2330.
