Catalog description
An elective course for management and marketing majors and minors and a required course in the innovation and entrepreneurship minor. This course provides a foundation of knowledge and tools necessary to successfully plan, design, and start a new business venture and to reduce or avoid many of the problems encountered by such ventures. Lectures, case studies, and discussions are used to examine the issues and problems faced by new business ventures.
