Catalog description
A required course for management minors and an elective course for marketing minors. Not open to business majors. Students earning a BBA degree will not be given credit for this class. Course examines the responsibilities of the first line supervisor and develops such supervisory techniques and skills as employee communication, decision making, maintenance of morale, motivation, leadership, worker productivity, and grievance resolution. Lecture/discussion.
