Catalog description
The main goal of this course is to review the mathematics curriculum currently taught in secondary schools and the corresponding curricular materials and instructional strategies with an emphasis on content knowledge for teaching. Class discussions, presentations, task analysis, and state and national standards are central to the course. MATH 3370 does not fulfill a Mathematics major or Bachelor of Science special degree requirement. Prerequisite: MATH 1496.
