Catalog description
This course emphasizes statistical data analysis including descriptive statistics, discrete and continuous random variables, probability distributions, sampling distributions, estimation, hypothesis testing, and simple linear regression. Statistical computer software will be used. Prerequisites: MATH 2341, or MATH 1491 and CSCI 1470, or MATH 1496 and CSCI 1470, or consent of instructor.
