Catalog description
A required course for the interior design major. Continued exploration of varied commercial spaces and the impact of code regulations upon design development. Study of needs and specific concerns of commercial interiors. Emphasis on universal design, diverse populations, building systems, and sustainable resources. Application of knowledge through design problems and specifications. Studio. C or better required for IDSN majors. Prerequisite: IDSN 3321 with a grade C or better.
