Catalog description

A multidisciplinary research class for Schedler Honors College students, taken in the fall of the junior year. Students will gain exposure to qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research approaches, look critically at evidence, examine research ethics, develop research questions, and try out arguments. These activities culminate with the completion and oral presentation of the student’s Honors Capstone Project Proposal, intended to guide the student as they work on their capstone project prior to taking Honors Capstone, HONC 4320.
