An overview of the complexities of leadership as well as the overall needs of effective leadership in a changing social environment. An alternative capstone course for majors in Health Promotion and Addiction Studies (prevention track) only if 1) directed by their advisor and the internship coordinator, 2) student does not meet the GPA requirement of 2.5 for an internship, or 3) not in the Healthcare Administration program.
