Catalog description

This is an upper division elective course in the Finance Major. Students will learn a process of selecting securities as well as forming and managing a portfolio involving real money. Students will focus on advanced research of investment opportunities with a focus on managing risk and return. Additional focus will be on preparing and presenting research findings to a selected clientele group. Prerequisites: FINA 3330 and permission of the instructor or department chair. The class is only open to Finance majors.
