Catalog description
A required course for students majoring in a baccalaureate program in the Department of Exercise and Sport Science or seeking a coaching endorsement. This course is designed to develop students’ understanding of the mechanical principles that govern the effectiveness with which physical education, fitness, and sport skills are performed.
