An elective course for physical education majors and students seeking a coaching endorsement. This course emphasizes effective coaching techniques, the use of progressive drills, a study of the basic offensive and defensive volleyball patterns, and team development for competitive volleyball. Lecture, simulations, discussion, and a required 10-hour field experience scheduled outside of class meeting times.
