Catalog description

In this course, students will analyze theories related to human development and learning and evaluate their application to various populations across the higher education enterprise. Students will critically analyze the strengths and limitations of various frameworks to inform developmental practices with students and personnel within the higher education context. This analysis will span multiple domains, including but not limited to professional development, identity development, campus ecology, socialization, and academic achievement.
