Catalog description

An elective course for biology majors. This course will cover a selection of recent advances in the field of Cell Biology in great depth rather than skimming over many topics as textbooks often do. Simultaneously, students will hone their skill of reading the primary literature. This course will require active participation primarily in the form of paper presentations and discussion. Lecture. Prerequisite: BIOL 3402 or CHEM 4320 (C or better).
