An elective course for biology majors. This course involves basic concepts of bacteriology, virology, molecular biology, immunology, and pathogenic microbiology. Open only to biology majors unless instructor’s permission obtained. Lecture and laboratory. Prerequisite: BIOL 2490 (C or better) or instructor permission.
