Area studies course for majors and minors. Introduction to graphic design and new media with an emphasis on theory, process, and ideation. Course assignments include two- and three-dimensional projects to provide an overview of the graphic design field. Studio. Prerequisites: ART 1210, 1220, 1230, 1270, 1280, and 1290.
