This is a required course for the BFA in Studio Art: Photography Emphasis and an elective for all other Art majors and minors. Introduction to the basic concepts of digital photography. This course will present to students the tools and techniques of photographic imaging and manipulation using Adobe Photoshop on a Macintosh platform. Digital input from digital cameras and scanning (flatbed and negative) as well as output to digital printing will be covered. Studio. Prerequisites: ART 1210, 1220, 1230, 1270, 1280, 1290, and 3318.
