This course is designed to continue the study of managerial accounting that was started in Intermediate Managerial Accounting. The course emphasizes strategic cost management and control systems, productivity measurement, cost-volume-profit analysis, tactical and capital investment decision making, pricing and profitability analysis, inventory management, and international issues in managerial accounting. Prerequisite: ACCT 3315 with a minimum grade of C.
