Experimental Laboratory Credit 1 This course provides the practical application of basic musical materials through sight singing; melodic, harmonic and rhythmic dictation; and keyboard harmony. Topics include intervals, simple triads, diatonic stepwise melodies, basic rhythmic patterns in simple and compound meter and four-part triadic progressions in root position.
