Theory Credit 2 Manipulative Laboratory 3 The purpose of this course is to teach the general fundamentals of stamping. Topics include the dangers of a press operation, the primary components of presses and their functions, the operations of various types of dies, various stamping production methods, and the numerous components used to make up various dies. Upon completion, students should be completely familiar with stamping operations and have a fundamental knowledge of how dies are constructed
