A study of major literary works of Spain from the 17th Century to the present day, with emphasis placed on understanding works within their socio- historical context, as well as their literary significance. Geography, history, and culture of Spain from the 17th Century to present. Prerequisites: SPAN-3640 Introduction to Hispanic Literature; permission of instructor.
