The focus of this course is to engage nurse leaders in the development of strategies to leverage leadership skills to influence and promote excellence in healthcare delivery. Students will learn multi-dimensional aspects of leading in a complex healthcare system. Prerequisite: NSG-6710 Advancing Quality and Safety. (Fee $50)
