Catalog description
This course prepares nurse educators to assess learning within a variety of settings including classroom, clinical, simulation/lab, and on-line. Trends, processes, and challenges related to learning assessment are explored. Theories, practices, and standards of assessment and evaluation are examined and applied to curricular and student learning outcomes. Prerequisites: NSG-6400 Foundations of Nursing Education (Fee: $50)
